Project Management

The SOSI Team will act as an owner’s representative and provide professional project management and guidance of your ASC/EOP development. All aspects will be managed and reviewed. All vendors/contractors will act under the instruction of our team. We will manage cost, timelines, equipment installations, furniture design and installation, signage, and training just to name a few of the items we will have our team on top of!
